Evil laughter after Hara Kiri

In the trailer from the midway gamersday were a few hari kiri's shown to us. But at the end, the announcer only said HARA KIRI without the evil laugh after it. Is this gonna be the new thing?
Because i prefered the style with the laughter.

To be honest I dont remember any laugh at the end of the Hara Kiri, but I hope it stays.
I guess it adds some sarcasm to the title.

I think the laugh was just for effect, and was never intended to be part of it.
I really never cared much to begin with.
