Sorry to say you've been misinformed. Look at the number of question marks. It is absolutely impossible for them to add up to "Tobias?"

In reality, we have no idea what they are yet, or even if they'll be used.

If it were Tobias, it would be: _ _ _ _ _... .. ._ ...

it's actually the MK team putting stuff on the website to give people something to talk about and will probably not be anything at all.

Yeah looks like it does mean Tobias. but it could also mean Saibot could be in the game (though this is just a personal guess and I know we wont be able to play him)
