I have a game question. when I jack the Computer difficulty to 80-100% the computer busts out a move I dont understand how to do. It seems to be a much much faster dodge than just the normal holding up or down.

See, when you hold up or down your charicter simple walks into the forground, and into the backround, he doesn't really hop, or quickly dodge. yet the computer can seem to execute this manuver, the walking up and down doesn't seem to have any effect upon closer attacks, albiet effective against projectiles.

I've tried Double tapping up/down. and i've tried using sidestep attacks such as Kenshi's Ninjasword sidestep manuver executed with the special attack button. but they just dont have the same effect as what the computer does.

see its this really fast dodge that moves about 90 to 110 degrees on your charicter, effectivly evading any attack. I just can't figure it out.. any of you pro's wanna point me in the right direction? I use a PS2 controller BTW, but I also understand the Xbox controller. any help is appriciated.

just sidestep right as your opponent tries to attack you...you should really play through Konquest Mode. It's called an Evade Sidestep (ESS).

All it has to do with is the timing of your dodge. If you are just sidestepping it will be at the regular speed, but if you sidestep just as your opponent is about to attack it will be much quicker and you will step a lot farther around them.

You can also try holding block and up... As your opponent approaches you and attacks, release block just before he hits you. This should also execute the quick sidestep, then you can whoop the crap out of your foe.

Also refer to my post in the 'combo inturrupt' thread. The idea is very similar.
