Fatality Help

I've tried and tried to do fatalities with a lot of people. I push the commands and follow the distance directions (close, sweep, far). Do I have to hold block or what? Do i need to input the commands super fast? Must i have rage?

You have to do nothing except pressing the right combination.

I have learn that it is easier to hold block and putting in the right button sequence but by holding block u don't move and get all out of wack and mess up and take your time

You might wan to double check your sources. For the longest time I couldn't do Batman's so I tried a new faq and that was the right combo. I remember it was a little mistake like back instead of forward.
