I liked all the fatality music of the MK series. I think my favorite was that tribal fast paced drum beat from MK4 though.

yah the Mk4 music kicked ass, it seemed so.... so... i dont know how to put it. I think with Mk:D they should have multiple fatality musics, like certain 1s have a certain feel for a certain fatality.Like the Mk4 music seemed like a fast quick bloddy fatality, as the Mk:Da music seemed slow and seemed like a slow painful death.
Or maybe fatality music to fit the music in the stage. Sort of like a cliff hanger. Right before the person dies the music has this repititious beat to it, and after the fatality, the song ends. Sort of like Killer Instinct was when it was flashing red doing the "Danger" thing.

I like your view on the music Jordanman! I liked the MK4 music as well as the old music back from MKT. I don't like the MKDA music but I think we need something sinister to mark the Fatality. Having a different type of music to go with the brutality of each one would be great.

a lil off topic: In MKD, I dont want the screen to black out in the background when u do a fatality like it does in MKDA. If the environment stays the same, the fatality seems more real, and not just some cutscene.

I liked MK2's arcade fatality music the best.

I loved the DUH DUH DUH.......DAAAAAAH!! (the electric guitar at the end). It gives it that shocking feeling. I love it.

the best fatal music would be something like from the start of the song Neodämmerung from the Matrix Revolutions soundtrack. I used it in an animation of mine.
edit: check out the animation if you wish. my next animation is gonna be a hybrid of my last 2, and then it won't.

I was thinking about this the other day and I realized how great it would be if they made a new fatality music track for Deception and let you change it to your favorite ones from the past games in the options menu. I think that would be a nice addition considering I thought Deadly alliance's was gay. Hell, I dont even know why I do fatalities in that game, not worth the time.

I liked the fatality music in DA,I wouldn't mindif they used that again, but its a new game, so new music is necessary. Just as long as it isn't like MK4's...I hated MK4'sFatality music.

I'd like something new and totally evil sounding. Not the DA bullcrap... That fatality music was weak and it was too long. You have to have some silence for the fatality scene because it makes it more intense.

I think a variation of the beginning of the "Halloween" theme would be cool.

Yup. We don't want the music interfering with the screams of pain grin

I didnt like the MKDA fatality music that much. IMO the music sounds like some old style myth when some witch is about to cast an evil spell on you.

The MK4 music was perfect IMO. I would like to have something like that except more eerie, evil, and hard sounding.

I also like your idea Michelle_the_belle, fatality music going by the stage level would be awesome to.

they need to go back to the MK2 fatality music that was the best.... and if not then they need soemthing completely new and good.... MKDA's sucked... mk4's wasnt much better IMO.... so at least similar to mk2 or something new and hopefully better then DA...

to whoever said the screen shouldn't turn dark, I disagree, when the screen turns dark, it creates a spotlite for the fatality. I love it.

And about the fatality music, I think MKII and 4 had it the best. DA's was great too, it was spooky. MK2's was more hardcore I would say. That's what deception needs!
