Hard to say since we've seen so few of them in action. I'd have to say I like Jade's staff simply because of how she uses it in her fatality. But as a weapon it could be crap. Similarly, Tanya's kobu jutsu could be awesome. We don't know. But from what I've seen, I like Kira's dragon teeth and Mileena's sais.

Jade's staff with the sharp edges on the sides look kool, almost like the Ninja Gaiden Lunar weapon from the Hurricane Pack.
Mileena's Sais are also kool.
And for the males (i gotta list them) would be Sub-Zero's Kori Blade and Ermac's ThorAxe.
