I thought perhaps it would be helpful and/or interesting to create an "official" stage roster, showing what arenas we have seen in-game. I will continually update this as more information becomes available!
Note: I will only include stages that we have seen in-game. Concept art doesn't count because ... its conceptual. :)
Also, stages that break-through to new levels will count as separate arenas. Stages that simply simply extend to new tiers will not.

Wow. Good thread. Now ill know what all the arean's will be.

I hope the warrior shrine and PitI from MK1 are in Chess kombat.
Yeah, all of the Classic Arenas are from Chess Kombat.

Let me know if I missed any!
Cool thread indeed. For those who didn't know which Arenas are in the game so far, this thread will give them an idea.
By the way, M4C, thanks for the double post, LOL, J/K.

The Outworld stage and The Meatgrinder are the same level called The Slaughterhouse. Its just two different stories.

Which level is the molten press on?

I read somewhere the Goro stage with lava surrounding the ring (from MKDA) may be in this, possibly on chess?

I have seen pictures of a multi-layered stage with Ice-Worm at the bottom that eats the victim.

cool thread and I'm not sure if this is right, but isn't the outworld tower the top portion of the meat grinder stage because in the fighting videos, people get kicked up and then fall through to the bottom where they are kicked into the spikes.
I decided to add different tiers of stages as separate levels when they look very different.

I like this thread!

Since there are many pictures of the arenas, and even some that I think look a little better, you could like, click on the "Cavern" little pic for example and it could take you to more cavern pics.

But anyways, I like it! smile

Destiny Towers and Portal... it's one arena, just different angles.

The arena with the yellow glass is the Red Dragon Temple. It was mentioned in one of the recent interviews.

Sorry if this has been answered, and sorry if this question is ignorant, but can you acctually fight on the Classic arenas in Arcade mode or only Chess mode? What I am basically asking is, are those official arena in the game?

Awesome thread. I was looking everywhere last night for something like this. I thought there was one, but obviously there wasn't. We have character rosters and now levels too. Great job Mobster.

I'm not sure if this will be in the game, but the Lava Shrine (from mktemple.com):

"Lava Shrine- a continuation of both the Kuatan Palace in Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance, as well as the Well of Mortal Kombat 4, this arena most likely bears a pit of molten magma into which one can be thrown."

-And here's another concept of the Courtyard (or the Temple Yard??):

It's not the Lava Shrine, it's The Hell's Foundry (Molten Press) Stage.

Very nice. It seems that they are making some very nice arenas to fight in. I like them all and can't wait to see if the Dead Pool has a Death Trap to it. I wouldn't see why not.

M4C, one more correction: Slaughterhouse and Outworld Tower - it's one arena again, just different levels.

Yes but even tho it's the same arena just two levels, each level will probably be a seperate playable level. Like in MK3/UMK3 when you didn't knock ur opponent to the next level, the next fight was at that level.

Thanks M4C for really being on top of this game.
