Finally I rented it... and it freezes!

Hey all...
I ended up borrowing a PS3 from of my friend and finally found a copy of MK VS DCU at Blockbuster.

I've started the Story mode, MK side.
After I've betten up Lex with Jax... the screen becomes black, and... that's it!
I've reset the PS3 and now when I'm asked to choose a side in story mode, if I chose MK side... it freezes!

Why?
What's wrong?? The CD's not scratch or anything... what to do?!

Anyone else that happen the same thing?!

Even if this disc were slightly scratched, ti should still play. BR discs have a scratch-resistant coating.

If the PS3 works fine with other games, then you could chalk it up to a badly-pressed disc. It happens.

rented games aren't always in perfect condition. I've had my share of games that didn't work. And the people at Blockbuster wouldn't give me a refund!
