Firewall port question

Hey guys, great site & forum by the way.
Sorry if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find any info using search.
In general I have no problems playing online, but at least once per session I get 1 or 2 connection errors like "cannot connect to remote player" or "check your connection settings". Also some players' pings/stats appear blank to me. I'm using a router and according to the manual you just need udp port 13139 open. I just wanna know if I have it right or if I'm missing something here.

I didn't have to forward any ports with my routerconfused
maybe it has to do with a software firewall, try disableing them. I doubt if your able to play online, that the firewall in the router is causeing the problem.
