You're missing Orderrealm and Chaosrealm (those are basically new, and involve people like Hotaru, Darrius, etc.)

Orderealm and Chaosrealm ?

In the trailer the announcer guy did say new realms.

- Earthrealm
- Outworld
- Netherrealm
- Chaosrealm
- Orderrealm
- Edenia

I heard somewhere that they're gonna be only 6. Is there a chance of seeing more? For example Vampirerealm?

Maybe Vampires are from Chaosrealm, and I hope Skab is too

They have their own realm. In MKDA, Nitara broke that orb in her ending freeing her realm.

And this is the first time we hear of Chaosrealm, so maybe, when Chaosrealm braks out, Orderrealm agents step in to balance things out?

I think the 5 realms are earthrealm, netherrealm, outworld, edenia, and orderrealm. In the conquest mode in DA it said the nitara was from orderrealm. It was seperated from outworld with the crystal she had cyrax retrieve. Edenia is the home of Kitana, and some others while outworld is the home of shao kahn and goro. The netherrealm is hell and earthrealm is earth, of course. Chaorealm must be something new, I've never heard of it. I would think that there would be a realm for raiden and the other gods too.

I was under the impression (albeit, possibly mistakenly) that Orderrealm was The Heavens, where the gods are.

I am hoping that we a see the vampire realm. It's a new realm too and we should get to see it. As for Chaosrealm and Orderealm, they seem to be Ying yang worlds. I'm thinking they may co exist by being some sort of balancing pair. The names are pretty significant in that respect.

Earth realm, outworld, nether realm, chaos realm, orderrealm, eedenia... a vampire like realm would be awesome...hopefully the name will not be vampire realm though... maybe something simple like blood realm.... isn't reptile and his species from their own realm too??

Reptiles realm is Zattera. It's also where Khameleon is from. It would be cool to explore that realm too.

hey isn't netherrealm a fancy way of saying hell, i remember reading a thing on game faqs athat tell the whole mk plot up to date. to go to netherealm do you have to die or do something bad or just walk in no questions asked.

I heard that the realms of Order and Chaos will play a role in this game. Its possible, but Im not sure if this is true.

This realms were first used in the comics anyways, so I guess they can work, ruled by 2 gods, the one of Chaos (Zaggot, or as he calls himself: lord of the rings, wiz of oz) and the one of Order by his brother Abacus.

When chaos awakes in a world, Zaggots powers grow, he is the most powerful wizard known.

Abacus tends to create a balance to avoid the evil of his brother rule our world and the others.

The Netherealm and Hell are two completely different realms. The nethrealm is a forbidden, dead realm where evil beings are banished for their crimes. Shinnok and the Oni are examples. Quan Chi used to reside there and Sareena was also an occupant.

NETHEREALM

Natives: Moloch, Scorpion (after death), Sareena, Kia, Jataaka

Non-native residents: Drahmin, Noob Saibot, Quan Chi, Shinnok

The Netherealm is a fancy word for Hell. Once ruled by Lucifer, he was
overthrown by Shinnok and Quan Chi. They ruled the realm for quite a
while until leaving to conquer Edenia in MKG. Scorpion's body was reborn
here and continues to do so every time he is killed in another realm.
While in the Netherealm, his power grows stronger and stronger,
eventually making him invincible. Oni also wander through the various
planes of the Netherealm, tormenting any souls that they come across.
Currently it is without a ruler, but it's Hell for crying out loud! It's

EARTHREALM

Earthrealm is fancy talk for Earth. So I probably don't have to describe
to you what the realm is like. Usually it is the target of rule for guys
like Shao Kahn, Shinnok, Shang Tsung and Quan Chi. MKT was the only time
when it was taken over, causing it to merge with Outworld. Currently it
is peaceful.

OUTWORLD

Natives: Baraka, Blaze, Bo' Rai Cho, The Dragon King, Drahmin, Ermac,
Goro, maybe Jade, Khameleon, Kintaro, Li Mei, Mileena, Motaro, Reptile,
Shang Tsung, Shao Kahn, Sheeva

Non-native residents: Kano, Rain

A dark realm where evil rules all. Once ruled by the Dragon King until
his sudden death. Shao Kahn soon became its ruler and went from realm to
realm like a juggernaut, defeating anybody who could get in his way and
then assimilating it with Outworld. The lifetimes of the beings in
Outworld are thousands of times longer than the lifetimes of those from
Earthrealm. Currently it is without a ruler and without law.

EDENIA

Natives: Kitana, maybe Jade, Jerrod, Rain, Sindel, Tanya

Non-native residents: N/A

Often mistaken for Outworld in the story, Edenia was a peaceful realm
ruled by King Jerrod up until Shao Kahn conquered he and his world. It
then became a part of Outworld for ten thousand years until finally
breaking away at some point between MKT and MKG. Like Outworld, its
people have amazingly long lives. Currently it is peaceful.

ZATERRA

Natives: N/A

Non-native residents: N/A

When Raiden and Shinnok had their ancient war in Earthrealm it almost
tore the world apart. The Raptors escaped the fury of the gods and
entered Zaterra, a world where they could live in peace. Then Shao Kahn
came by and forced it to join Outworld, spreading its evil even more.
Currently nothing is known about it (see next part).

UNNAMED VAMPIRE REALM

Natives: Nitara

Non-native residents: N/A

We never got to learn much about Nitara's home world, other than that it
is where vampires came from and was taken over by Shao Kahn. There is a
good chance that this realm is Zaterra, especially considering how the
vampire race's archives have lots of information on the Raptors.
Currently free from Outworld.

THE HEAVENS

Natives: Fujin, Earth God, Water God, Fire God, Raiden, Shinnok

Non-native residents: Liu Kang

The Heavens and Heaven are the same. It's where all the gods came from
and where all good people go when they die. Johnny Cage resided there for
a little while until being resurrected by Raiden in Earthrealm. It was
attacked at one point by Shinnok. Currently it is peaceful.
