I doubt anything can be changed by now. I would assume the game is finished as they have to get it into production, ship it, etc. to get it on the shelves by "Nov. whatever the release date is". If anything needs to be fixed/change they will do it via downloadable patch. So complaining about stuff is probably a moot point by now.
