I laughed.

I'm starting to think Sonya got articial cybernetic boob implants to compete with Jax's cybernetic arms. Gives her more protection and emits specialized knock-out gas via the nipples. I hear that'll replace her current Kiss of Death move.

If you look at the Sonya render you can clearly see her nips. The shirt is almost sheer.
