No, I don't get any e-mails from startsampling at all, just the one that gives you a confirmation of signing up. I've been signed up for 2 years. You only receive samples in the mail with a card reminding you to leave feedback at startsampling.

P.S. - Family guy rules!
Also, its only stuff you order, no samples are sent to you unless you request it.
