I am not sure whether the rumor is true or not. But if it is true, Midway should make the upgrade disc for X-box and PS2 versions and allow us to exchange the old disc with the new disc just like they did for MKGold (eg. the customers returned version 1 disc and got version 2 disc.) If Midway don't do anything about it and gamecube version gets the extra characters, we should all sign a letter and complain about it.
