I just checked with the Gamestop that I preorder the game at and they got their copies today and told me that I can pick it up on sunday.So I would have to assume that any other game stop that got theirs in today will be able to sell it to you on sunday.You can call my gamestop if you like,its,863-683-7805.
Well that's just stupid of them to even mention they already have it. They're setting themselves up for more hassle. I thought once someone brakes the "street date", everyone was free to without penalty...

They're not breaking the street date. They said he could have it on Sunday.

Don't bother. I'm friends with a manager of a local Gamestop and he said employees are now fired immediately for breaking street dates.

No, if other stores, or other companies break the street dates, it usually is permissible for other companies to follow without penalty...

I can understand if they have it today, because if it ships in on sunday, they're might be somethng wrong with the delivery and this can cause a big problem.

yes gamestop got theres in today, my friend is picking his up later, ill b eplaying it tommorrow.

target is getting there copies tommorrow.

ur best chance at a store breaking a street date is walmart, i no for fact walmart breaks street dates all the time.

target had it today when i went in to pick up some x-mass gifts if i dident have it allready payed off 100% at game stop i would have grabed it *sigh*grin

be careful if you do get the game not to go on xbox live.
As they are banning consoles that go live with games that havnt yet been released
