Don't know if anyone has seen this because I havn't heard anyone mention it, but I was doing practice mode in the Dark Prison stage and one of the prisoners was none other than Goro himself! I have also seens Sheeva run around in the Krypt.

Oh okay, I have read a lot of things noticed in the game since it came out but didn't hear about these two (except you can see a dead Sheeva in Neatherrealm) Oh well, I guess it might be news to someonesmile
