This has been bugging me for a while... (ever since i read about it in psm) :-p .Just thought there might be others interested in it :)

The original word is Hara-Kiri (jap) for (literal) belly-cutting. Hari-kari is just a variant based on the pronounciation...

Me, personally, I prefer Hara-kiri (sounds more authentic to me..I know not why)

In any case you are correct, that is the right spelling and pronunciation of the phrase. In ancient Japan, Hara-Kiri was practiced among samurai to retain their honor in defeat, or for a corrupt government official to regain his honor on the eyes of the shogun or in some cases the emperor himself. In MK...i'm wondering how its going to work.

No, it's not Hari-Kiri or Hara-Hara-Kiri. It's Furi Kuri...

This is how it works:

I'm sure you can figure it out yourselves now, eh?

What? You can't? Okay, I'll explain. The winner smacks the loser in the head with a guitar, which causes a monster to come out of the loser's head. The monster comes out and stomps on the loser. Furi Kuriality... wink
