Has anybody actually beat the MK2 arcade?

I no i definetly cant. Theres way too many to fight, its slow as hell and the computer cheats like crazy. Ya its hard.

MK2 is not hard, you just have to know how the CPU works to play it good. Im at the point right now where I can get through most of the game with flawless victories. I never fail at getting double flawless victories on Kintaro. I can defeat Jade with ease as well. Just learn how the CPU plays and learn how to make the CPU do what you want it to do.

Actually the MKSM version of MK@ is pretty hard. I'm calling the BS meter if you say you can get FV on everyone.

I cant stand they way the CPU cheats!!!!! It pisses me off soooo much. They said that MKSM would be coming with a arcade "PERFECT" MK2 port. MY ASS

MKII was always hard in my opinion. 3 was easy. I dont have enough time to find out how the CPU operates. I just want to play a round or two.

I beat MK2(on MKSM) with Liu Kang and Baraka. Otherwise MK2 is HARD!

Lol i thought so. I noticed how every MK port they make the CPU cheats like crazy. I swear to god if Mileena or Kitana do that slam thing on me 1 more time...........furious

MK2 is a piece of cake once you learn the attack pattern of the CPU,nothing impossible to do,MK2 gameplay is garbage.

yeah i agree, the SM port of MK2 is alot harder than most other ports, or all imo. i suck at it.sad

He is right you know. Just keep figureing out the moves the CPU will do next and always remember to block attacks at the right time. So remember to practice a lot.wink

Shao Kahn is probably the easiest boss in MK2. You can duck and uppercut all his attacks except his shoulder thrust. The female ninjas and Liu Kang are the biggest pain in the butt!

I might be wrong but, shouldn't the jump-back kick glitch work on it? It'll be a lot easier to get through the game if it's still in.

my friend says the same thing and well the default diffuculy in arcade is 4 or 5 and thats not to hard but in mk2 it is so I never can beat kintaro and in mk3 i beat it with one have tied behind my back so its just theway they made the game.
