Has anybody though the "super secret" people are people we haven't seen in the jail cells

We haven't seen a number of people in the cells (Sheeva, Cyrax, Reiko?). They could be the super secret. I'm most likely wrong though.

there has been 62 mk charactors(excluding robot smoke because ninja and robot were the same guy)
theres 25 charactors in mkd including onaga so the other 37 charactors must be the ones in the prison we have seen about 24 guys so theres like 13 people we haven't seen
