I mentioned this when DA came out and I just rememered it now.... Sub Zero plays much of the same way he was depticted in the first MK movie as does scorpion.... For example, in the movie scorpion's fight with Cage was more lively with tons of action and quick moves just like his fighting styles on the game... Sub zero seemed older and wiser in the movie with slower kicks and punches... His dragon style on the game really reminds me of how they portrayed him in the movie. I dont know... I just think its cool. Anyone else notice this?

This could also be because their elements.

Scorpion / Fire:
Fire is a hot element. Fire is alway in move, it doesn't stop. If a guy is on fire, he is fast and so...

Sub Zero / Ice:
Cold element. Ice is slow... nothing is gonna move fast.

Not really. You know this may be in the wrong forum. Do you want to see this continued in MK6?

Ya you are probably right I should have said this in the DA forum. Sorry about that but ya I would like to see it continued in that I like Sub Zero and Scorpion being totally unique characters. I am glad that their similarities continue to disappear as each game comes out because it truly gives them separate identities... Look how far they have come since being so similar in the early games.
