has anyone ever got secret by the second dojo?

When you save the kid from the bean flu? He tells you to wait at light post second dojo. Forgot time. I started to wait and saw a ? mark grabed it knocked me out for 2 weeks and after that never saw any thing apear by light post any one eles no what this gives its not even listed in any guide that ive seen.
