Yeah. I finally just finished all the missions, except for the first village. Unless I am totally wrong I thought for sure someone in the first village asked for proof that the Oni existed ad since there were no Oni until you left that first village how would you be able to get proof until you left. Am I wrong on this issue?

Never mind, I just read Crows faq. I would find it hard to believe MK would make you spend all this time running around doing missions and have to start over. There must be a way to get back.

has anyone tryed opening the gate with all the items you can't get ride of (keys, headband, necklace, staff, ring) and the lock pic? i mean what do you use a lock pic for...To open locked things like gates, doors, and such

Well, Midway already confirmed that you CANNOT go back in the village. As for the lock picks u use them to open two locked doors near where they were found.

it opens a a house an old lady tells you about someone trying to get into her house before you get the lockpick then after you get it you can rob her heh

there is an oni in the first village ya know so you can give the dyke her proof

yeah midway said you cant go back into the village but you can still get the stuff in earthrealm. Someone posted how the got kenshi outside the village. You just have to wait unitl you beat konquest for it to appear.

does anyone think that the village might be where you get the SUs. i mean why would they make it so hard for you to get back in? that is if you really can go back in. And what about that locked gate in the very first part of konquest where the guard says "sorry shujinko, i can not let you pass at this time" or something like that. has anyone ever looked for that gate?

I know the strategy guide says you can't go back, but the SG is NOT very reliable. It may mean something from a certain point of view, like before completing Konquest....

At the top of the forum Darque Bishop got a response from Midway that we would be able to retrieve any lost articles or missions later on in the game. If you have something from Midway that states otherwise then post it.
