you have to feed the gaurd a poisened edinia pie.Then bless a sword for a guy walking around.To bless it take it to sindel in the palace.Then find sub-zero and walk around that area to find rain the go to the tent where you found the liu-kang treasure cheast and talk to jade then set up the trap for rain.In doing this it unlocks the ring and for where it's at.I HAVE NO CLUE AND IT"S DRIVING ME INSANE
