Help in Chaosrealm please

I am unable to activate the blue teleportation pad in H-6 in the Chaosrealm. It's the only way available to get to the other parts of the map. Any ideas on what i need to do? Thanks!

Had the same problem. Just finish Konquest and come back. It will work then.
