Reiko told you to give it to one of Kahn's, but give it to the good guys instead.
I don't remember where he was, but I finally found him.
It is a specific one.
I spent a half an frikkin hour trying to give it to Kahn's guys, but I accidentally gave it to one of the good guys, while having a conversation.
That is apparently what your supposed to do, but it had me ticked off.
