Go Into Edenia, Find Rain at the bottom of the map, and he asks you to find a tent where jade is. Go to the bottom right corner of a map, and behind some rocks is a trail that takes you to jades tent. Talk to her, and she says to go get rain. When you go back to where rain is he thanks you and saves your life. Then go back to where jade is and she has killed rain. She gives you some koins, go BEHIND THE TENT AND MEDITATE TIL 12AM FRIDAY A Treasure appears and it is OT KRYPT KEY TO UNLOCK LIU KANG. I SWEAR ON EVERYTHING THIS WORKS!

The part about the chest with Liu Kang's key in it showing up at 12 a.m. Friday at G8 behind Jade's tent in Edenia is true. However, you don't need to solve the quest to get it. At least, I never did and I unlocked Liu Kang. It's only sensitive to time, not to quests you may have or may not have done.

Confirmed ... I picked lui kang up without doing the quest on Friday 12.14.47

I'm in g-8 behind the tent but I don't see it.

Complete your current quest in the Earthrealm and you will eventually progress throught the other 5 realms

I did this, it worked and now I have Liu Kang. Does anyone know where to get his alt?

Liu Kang's alt is in Edenia, H-5, after 12PM. (right after a small bridge) I got it on a Saturday too if that makes a difference.

WHY exactly would Jade kill Rain *I'm pretty sure he was told his origins by Kitana and he decided to work AGAINST Kahn and he disappeared after a suicide mission trying to kill him* and how could she have defeated him *I know she's good...but not THAT good..he wasn't a pushover*
~Also...WHY would Noob *reavealed to be Classic Sub-Zero* kill his younger brother...*I haven't seen the ending*..any thoughts or explanations for this?

omg ive tried it 2 times and I havnt seen a chest at 12 am or pm on friday...im not sure whats wrong. do you have to be far away for the chest to appear? because one time i was right behind the tent and another I was beside it...im just not sure
