I didn't go to E3, but from trailers and pics I can see he looks totally bad ass. His outfits are awesome. I like the one with the samurai clan flags on his back. One move I saw in a trailer is that he shoots what seems like molten material (lava) down and the opponent's feet. I also saw his hara kiri in which he twists his head.

yea, i saw tha video, too. he's a pretty sick character. he also seems to have tha bicycle kick.

Hotaru is one of those new rare characters that will be remebered for the right reasons rather than the wrong reasons(ie Stryker). He will become an MK classic.

he looks like a bad attempt to put in a samurai like yosomitsu some soulcalibur or tekken that guy sucked and this guy looks like he will suck as well they shoulda made a cool samurai like mitsurugi from SC

Hotaru uses Pi Gua, so with that in mind he'll be a good character to play as. The way he holds his bladed staff though makes me wonder...

Stop comparing only mk can offer classic characters.
