I think the character designs are fine.They could use some work though.But compared to other fighting games,all of the MK fighters are creative and original.

I was thinking about a new warrior design.She's a black female with the power of poision.She wears a green samurai suit with metal armor.She uses a staff with blades on both sides.She can spray a poision mist through her palm.That's all I've thought of so far.I think she would be a creative addition to Mortal Kombat.

Well if there is no humans in the game I will not

I was talking to an old friend of mine named blacksaibot in PM about his thoughts on Mortal Kombat: Deception and he made a very good point to me. Classic MK characters that are returning need a new completely make over from scratch. Notice how, a lot of you were in awe when you notice, Sub_Zero new look, that is what he was referring to. Thru out the years in looking, and browsing around, I seen so many MK Fan Art that overwhelm the so call “ideas” that, the MK crew make. I think it is time for them to look deeply, and not make the same mistakes. But in the other hand, I do not want to see the MK crew getting pressure by its fans. .

but what id like to see is a spinoff game using nothing but the title "kombat" in it somewhere...since MK has and will be a huge success, i think its time for a change where we could see an entirely NEW game with stories and everything.

In other Words, Keep Mortal Kombat, but make another game called "tribal kombat" or "kontra kombat" . And in these spinoffs there could be a huge range of trolls, demons, vampires, werewolves, giants, etc....that could kill and mutilate each other compete with fatalities.

I definately want MK to have different type of specie characters, as well as half hybrids.

We've seen oni's, shokans, a centaur, a vampire, sorcerers, demons, cyborgs, elemental ninjas, ETC.

IMO Mk is pretty good as it is, but i would love it if they made more hybrid characters, or mythological characters. The more the better IMO. Dont get me wrong though, i still love the original human characters as it is.

For new types of characters, i would like to see a zombie, werewolf, dragula, half bat half human, a demon witch with witchcraft powers, a leppracaun, cannibal, cryptids, grim reaper, gothic warrior with satanism powers, gargoyles, and tons of other mythology creatures with hybrids like half human half lion/tiger.

Chimeras and such are good examples IMO. Those are the types of characters i want to see.

they keep it balanced so its almost beliveable if u had a ninja fighting a leprechan i`d prolly laugh and chuck my controller at the wall cuz my kicks keep going over his head.........

some mtyhical creatures are acceptable

others like.........were wolves are not a good choice

Yeah, but i didnt mean a whole crowd of the same race. IMO, one character from each race would be nice, like a werewolf and dracula. I wasnt going overboard with the mythological creatures, i was just saying that we should be introduced to some more. There is a limit, but i do love hybrids.

Agreed Clock.This is MORTAL kombat not Monster kombat or some goofy thing like that.You got gripes with the way it's being done,then make you own game with all your ideas.

One of the things I like about MK is the mix of humans, human type people, and really unique creatures. Looking at various unused designs, It would have been great to see Baphomet or Bellok in MK, guys like that are pretty unique.

Seriously, it's MORTAL kombat. Not Primal rage or some crap. The cool element in MK that I love so much is human's with powers. I don't want a bunch of Orc's and completely different monsters. I mean as a sub-boss like Goro or something is ok but if the entire cast of MK was non-human looking I wouldn't have any interest in the series at all.

I like the diversity the series has already. With characters like Quan Chi, Raiden, Shao Kahn, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Goro... its great the way it is. Keep it balanced I say... I am much fonder of a more human like character. Sorcerers, Drahmin like Oni, power harnessing ninjas, and Gods are much more appealing to me than creatures like Moloch, as badass as they are. They MUST have a good character story as well, and creatures dont make good stories compared to people like Quan Chi for example. They got to have some kind of human characteristic, such Motaro... hes half human half horse, just as goro is half human half dragon.

Id like to see a cannibal type man. Someone inflicted with a deadly virus, or possesed by an entity or demon. Something like a zombie from the movie 28 Days Later, not a rotting corpse like zombie, but a whole human with the urge to consume flesh. He also wouldnt be a mindless body, he'd have intellegence.. Someone like that also has the potential to look badass.

This is Mortal Kombat, so humans and human like warriors have to be in the game. I like the new concepts although I'd love to see some new creatures in MK, but not too many so that the humans become a minority. MK is fine as it is. Everything is well balanced.

I think that MK is good as it is. But characters like scorpion, drahmin which look or have demonic-like powers need to emphasize that. Like shang's morphing, since we don't need more human character's to related to, they could have made him more off the deep end and super powerful. that is once you think of the guy, you will think, 'that guy is bad'. I think the MK team do little stuff not to make this possible, Like drahmin bowing doing his power up is just gay.

But I don't see them going non human alot because you have to come up with character that people will like. But with human costumes it is pretty fun and seperate on character from another.
