i think that liu kang has come back to put an end to it all for good. though nobody knows how, so him and dragon king get in this huge battle while other earth warriors like kitana and sub zero and kung lao are fighting the generals(millena, baraka,) and scorpion is the wild card. i belive that liu kang kills the dragon king and everybody is like yay! kitana runs into his arms and just then Shang Tsung Changes from liu kang back into himself and snaps her neck. So Shang Tsung is now AGAIN the new Original badass and starts taking souls like mad.then MK7 where khan will come back to challenge his old servant Shang, sub-zero and scorpion will be back. shang will resurrect goro to do his bidding again and it will be Mk 1 all over again with like 10 characters and that;s it. scorpion wins the 7th tournament and leaves none alive, with his victory Mortal Kombat is no more and scorpion's soul finally rests. The END.

i just hope its not like MK anihilation, you know, fight between the dragons.

Maybe the Elder Gods will take pitty on the realm of earth and come down and attempt to destroy it. Then Raiden and Fujin will try and stop them with Sub-Zero or Scorpion's assistance. So it would be like this. Either that or Shinnok comes back with a vengeance and comes during the war between the Lin Kuei and the Tekunin.

I don't know about you guys but I'm more curius on how they'll end MK:DA and start MK:D

I agree with the Shang Tsung is disguised as Liu Kang theory, have been saying so for quite some time now.

they should call MK7 "Mortal Kombat: Redemption" because of the amount of characters wanting revenge.

Well they could reveal that the biggest Deception is that the Dragon King is on the good side!...
He is there as a sacrifice/test so that whoever beats him is ready to fight the REAL DARK KING...who is revealed in MK7.This could be shown as a FMV at the end of the game with the winning character being confronted with the truth...and his next opponent the REAL KING!

Here's my idea:
Sub-Zero dies at the end, Frost becomes Grandmaster.
Scorp kills Quan, but must come back to kill the Oni who killed him in MK:DA
Reptile & Khameleon are rejoined
Liu Kang must kill Shang Tsung himself, does so, then dies permanantly!
Nitara returns, goes after the lizard people
Ermac & Kenshi make their own clan
Sonya joins the black dragon!!! (hahaha)
Noob starts going on a rampage killing whomever he sees fit
Kai returns, kills Kung Lao, then Kung Lao becomes a Spectre (won't happen, but will be pretty badass!)
The other Elder gods are given names!
Raiden dies...
Fujin put in limelight instead!
Blaze joins the Dragon King
Johnny Cage killed once & for all!

Wrong thread man and I believe DK will win this time. I mean kahn ruled in a cppl of games so DK probably will like were only gonna see phase one this game and next game will be phase 2 the end of MK or the end of DK Era.

I had a thought... maybe when you beat the DK he will perform his own hari-kari but it results in him changing again... leading to warriors hunting him down in MK7
