How come Tanyas not at C-2/C-3 ????

I've been asking this for a week now...
And no one gave me an answer (at leats a serious one).
the only alt. I don't have is Tanya. I know that in order to get it i'm suppose to beat her at C-2/C-3 in outworld.
But were (or when) is she there?
I've meditate for a month now... and nothing!
Please, help me!

you need to find her cave first... A cave that she have to find to trap Liu, Tanya won't appear at C3 until you find this cave.
(sorry I don't remember the location of the cave but it is somewhere in Outworld) after you found it you have to find Tanya in Outworld to tell her that you found the cave(I don't remember the coordinate but it is not at C3)
After you gave her the information, she won't appear again at C3, you have to exit outworld, go to the nexus and then you come back to Outworld.
Then she will appear at C3.
Sorry I don't know about the coordinate but you can search on this site, I'm pretty sure they give the info

The cave is behind the Baraka camp east all i remember.

I'm also having problems there.
Tanya moved close to the portal after the tutorial of Baraka. But you can only fight her. I'm not able to give her the map. Don't know what to do now, I already beaten here, but nothing
