It was revealled in the Krypt Layout thread that was here a while ago.
Her bio says:
Princess Kitana successfully freed her the realm of Edenia from the Emporer Shao Kahn only to be threatened by his former subordinates, Shang Tsung and Quan Chi. She fell in battle with the Deadly Alliance only to be resurrected by the Dragon King. Kitana now serves as one of his personal body guards.
There was even a pic of her Bio in the thread. I'm not sure where else you'll be able to find it because it wasn't supposed to be leaked.

i think from the pic you can make out that she is still good and one of her enemies is still meleena even if she is evil? but does that make since?
