Conact Midway.. or contact anyone in relation to helping me find a way to express my ideas to Ed Boon or someone of importance to prove that my ideas will revolutionize MK?
I had a simple idea the other day but it played out in my head so beautifully.. to bring back Frost for MK6.. and have a tag feature say to pare up Sub and Frost (obvious). Anyways.. to throw a ground freeze (ala MK2) with Frost you would go D,DB,B LK.. and this animation would be her throwing both her hands in a horizontal motion left to right very quickly to create a boomerang shaped ice-flow - this ground ice is not at a set position in front of her (sweep range) but is a tracking ground ice meaning the person can be close or far and she'll throw it at their feet. This could easily be evaded by a side step.. or a jump backward. Anywho.. if this move is landed then a follow-up D,DF,F LP say, can cause an immediate camera change to show Sub Zero slide right through their legs (ala MK4) as their doin' a little boogy on the ice.
I see a battered cellar.. wooded rotten walls, chains hanging from the ceiling, broken swaying bulbs.. rust.. being able to throw/kick/push/slam through the rotten wall into a room that resembles Goro's lair.. rock.. dark..

All you can really do at this point, if you dont' work for Midway is post your ideas here. Midway doesn't take outside submissions, so I have been told. Just post your ideas here and hopefully they will be seen.

Or when the person is kicked through the wall you have this incredibly fluent animation sequence where they view the wall break into a side view splitting both levels showing the humungus debris chunks blasting outwards with whoever was the aggressor of the situation diving through the hole in the wall immediately afterward. Or have different animations for different people but make the subtle like Jax would have this total smash through the wall and he would just walk over the debris like Terminator but if a ninja did it they would dive somersault through and land on the ground in a crouch position and rise.
I've said this before I think they should incorporate 2D aspects of the original series only in crisp 3D. I mean with todays video hardware like the new GeForceFX 5950 coming out and what not you can make just insanely vibrant and very alive like backrounds while the fighters can battle on a 2D plain. I would only hope they'd incorporate this only for certain levels that requre it like a Pit. Can you imagine The Pit II on a 3d engine with all those lovely textures and purple coloring.. only having a fully animated sky and lighting and Blaze fighting in the background?

Yes you are limited (for the most part) to just posting on these forums. Also, feel free to post any ideas you would like to share in this thread started by Rayrokka (it is well known he works at Midway).
