How Far is Far

I dont get it. Is it all the way across the screen or half. And also how far is sweep. I tryed going up to my opponent and jumping back but it doesnt work. And when my sister tryed Mileena's Head Bite Fatality, which is sweep distance she went half screen and pulled it off. Im confusedconfused. Can anyone help.

far is variant from just outside sweep to full screen.
Sweep can mean one jump away, one uppercut away (D+2), or one uppercut away and a step in.

These usually work for me.

I never understood why they gave the distances such gay names. I mean I really still don't get what they mean. I just try to pull off the fatalties from where I am and they usually work.

push the buttons very fast but make sure u push them right.....u need to push the buttons faster than in a cambo but slow enough so u kno ur pushing the right ones.......lets just say u should do a four button fatality within a sec

Nah. You don't need to do it that fast.
Just make sure the key-ins are evenly paced and at a moderately quick speed.
