I can't say he does look boring. If I've looked at the
right picture, then he looks very similar.
But that's the cool thing about Scorps, he never
really changes; hes the same Scorpy that we all
know and love.

Why would you change Scorpion when he is obviously better off looking a little bit like his original? In that render he looks like he has some updated armour, his mask is different as well. Of course there are the swords back from DA, and his armour is yellow, but that's trademark Scorpion. No need for an upheaval on looks for Scorp. He's pretty much the basis of all 'ninja palette swaps'. So keep him the way he is and change the rest, like they're doing in MK6.

hmm.. new mask, only one ninja sword on his back.. kinda of ninja japanese look now... yep i love his new outfit... man i always love scorp even from part 1... i don't know why u guys want to totaly revamp him... if thats the case then its not scorp but a scorp wanna be... and if they bring like scorps dead son(which will be awsome) you guys will wine about hes not original...

I think he looks awesome. I just think Sub-Zero looks cooler by like a lot, but I think as of now the coolest looking characters for MKD are Scorpion and Sub-Zero.

I have a costume idea for Scorpion. He has a torn outfit, because of his little run in with the Portal to the Heavens. His mask is torn and so is his chest armor. He has glowing fists because his skin shattered in the soulnado. And his skeleton is glowing from the inside.This is cause his body had absorbed some of the souls in the portal.His spear is also alive now and is pulsing with energy.

That sounds awesome.I would love that to be Scorpion's alternate costume.

if that really is his new default then woo hoo. i was very peeved scorp looked the same as mk5 in previous shots. the gold armor, black hair look is very nice. some people have glaucoma on here.

I like the whole breastplate and gun holster he's got going. At least it looks like a holster.

I like his look,but i've always like his look.His look hasn't change much since MK1 and it shouldn't,if Scorpion was to start wearing pink or blue people would say wtf Scorpion wears yellow and black.And he always should that's his look,every fighter in every fighting game has their own look.Look at Chun Li from Street Fighter her outfir has change a bit over the years but not much.
