I already know the 6 main ones, and I read about Void, but how many in total?

Personally, I find that the chaosrealm is the most interesting, because of the physics and society.

11, nothing more, nothing less. Until the next MK game comes around and features a new realm for us to look over, there is only 11 in total, and I'll be happy to list them all:

If you're asking about MKD, then there are indeed 6 realms. And here you can find maps of them all.

However, there are other realms in the universe of MK. For instance, there's Zaterra - home realm of Reptile, Chameleon and Khameleon.

BTW, the Void is not a realm. It's just... a void

EDIT: As regards Nexus, it's not a realm as well, because it's a network or a web gathering them all.

As one of the backwards-speaking people in MKD's Konquest explains... There are many realms. 11 is only the number of realms the games have mentioned by name so far. (Non-canon sources mention others, such as Treche, Xaa, Ilkan, Hinpar, the Crystal Realm, the Nightmare Realm... and possibly more.)
