Depends on the store and depends on if you are pre ordering the Kollector's Edition or not. I got mine pre-ordered at Blockbuster and you can put any amount down as long as it's at least 10 bucks (USA).

I want topre-order the collector's edition. All I'm really concerned about is getting the extras.

I'm guessing the Kollector packages are first come first serve, so when you pick up your copy you could tell the person at the register to get you a certain character's packaging.

Hell, I just prepaid the 59.99 months ago. This way, it's cuts down on the time I actually have to spend in the store when I pick it up.
And yes. 30 extra seconds is a long time!tongue

You know, you didn't really pre-order, you only asked them to reserve a copy. When you don't put any money down, you're not guaranteed a copy. If they only have enough for pre-orders and pre-pays, you might get screwed.
I live in Canada and spent $91.54 on the premium pack about a month ago.

As far as i've seen so far only americans are good enough for the collectors addition unless you get it imported.
On topic though, in england you can pre order for free. We have this silly idea about only paying for things when we actually recieve them! ;)
