How do you unlock Blaze and Mokap??

You have to beat Konquest mode with every character including those in the krypt (Reptile, Raiden, Kitana, etc.) Good Luck.

And then after you do that you press Down+Start on Raiden and Cyrax, each one corresponds to Blaze or Mokap.
