There's no way. Hsu Hao (to MY knowledge, could be wrong) Doesn't really have that big of a fan base... and he's missing another crutial element in addition to popularity: Hsu Hao is in no way Iconic. (which seems to be a pre-requisite.)

He is iconic, everyone in my state plays as him in MKDA and MKA, we even have a diner named after him. JK, I rather have Havik in as a rival for the joker than Hsu Hao whose pointless, sorry.

lmao, Hsu Hao iconic enough to be in MKvDC? Wow, you really got to prove that he deserves a spot more than the likes of Smoke, Kabal, Shao Kahn, Quan Chi, Reptile... In any case, this should be discussed in the Iconic Character thread.
