I cannot find Tanya, Sindel, or Li Mei!!

I printed something from cheatcc.com that says where all of the hidden characters are. I'm at the point on Konquest where you must fight Shang Tsung so he can see that I am worthy to fight in the MK Tournament. For Sindel it says at Point D-1 in Netherrealm which is the spot where it has the stacked arches and I found a chest there but it wasnt a Krypt Key for her.
For Tanya, it says to go to point A-3 in Outworld and I went there and there was a chest but it wasnt a Kyrpt Key of her either, this didnt specify a certain time like Sindels, others did which I found.
And for Li Mei it says at point F-7 in Outworld which I found but it seems to be like its inside this village that is locked. The village has 3 ways to get into but its all closed off, how do I get inside?

Well Tanya and sindel you have to beat konquest I think and Li mei you have to
wait until you head back to outworld and you captured by kano. He'll say come with
me your outnumbered don;t try to fight. He takes you too a town where there gonna
build shang tsungs palace for the DA. Then you go to A3. I went in the building and
Li mei was there a noise sounded and she vanished then it popped up and said
the krypt number key will unlock Li Mei. Also for when you get too Lui Kang and Raiden
you have to beat konquest.
