Sektor is edenia G-3 he is walking around a tree by the cliff. Im sorry I dont remember the exact time and day but i do know that is was in the day time. He sends you on a mission to get parts in order realm to fix him cuz he has been damaged by subzero. I cant seem to find the guy in order realm to give me the parts so if anyone finds him please let me.

He is walking around the main area just go in a circle as soon as you come out and talk to people and you will find him.
