I hope they improve the Arcade Mode

I loved Mortal Kombat Deception and Armageddon, but something that really annoyed me was the Arcade Mode.

I swear, whenever I played Arcade Mode, I ALWAYS had to fight the SAME people over and over again in the SAME arenas. I really hope they either have the "Choose Your Destiny" screen or just make sure that they make it so that we won't fight the same characters in the same arenas repeatedly. 2 on 2 Kombat would be really cool too.

What do you guys think?

I'm hoping the emphasis on the split storymode will mean we get more story conveyed between fights. Something like Capcom's pre-fight text exchanges, or mini in-game cut scenes like Konquest, or Tekken.

Deep down I'm hoping the inclusion of DC might mean a bigger budget, so I'm hoping for some FMV action, at least for endings, but that might be setting myself up for disappointment.

Yeah fighting the same people in the same place was pretty dumb. The choose your destiny was cool but they prolly will do something different.

That was only in Armageddon. I never thought Deception was a problem.

And they probably will improve it. Seeing how you barely fought Shang Tsung, Hotaru. Quan Chi, Frost... the list goes on.
