I think you might be confusing art styles with design, because really there aren't a lot of degrees of difference between the designs. If anything, there's been more effort to emphasise more tangible qualities of the suit, like the piecing of it, and a more suitable level of detail.

The only complaints I have would be darkening the grey, and looking at a more streamlined cowl design. Something like The Dark Knight design, or the many variations on shorter horns.

Nah, I'm happy they chose The Dark Knight? I'm pretty sure that's the suit they picked for the game...though I couldn't see the Batman symbol, and don't forget that multiple costumes are bound to happen. I hope Superman has his Solar Suit as one of his alt. costumes. Or possibly the Justice Lords Superman, plenty of good looking Superman costumes. And as someone mentioned, Terry Mcginnis isn't the Batman in question, so the Batman Beyond costume isn't even possible since that's almost 100 years into the future.

The costume in the game is the standard comic costume, which is what the cartoons used, as well. Grey body, with black cowl, cape, gloves, boots.

I rather have the batman from the first two batman movies cause they seemed more darker then the rest.

The first two movies used a cross between The Dark Knight and the "original" suit from the cartoons.

I'd rather see The Dark Knight costume though... But, I can still hope for it as an Alt Costume.

Do you mean The Dark Knight Returns?
The first two [Tim Burton directed] movies predate the cartoon, and have very little in common with DKR Batman, who was more obviously inspired by the Dick Sprang fifties Batman, grey and black. Nothing at all to do with the all-black costumes from the movies, including the upcoming Batman Begins sequel; The Dark Knight.

It's still possible -- remember that Bruce Wayne himself wore that same black and red Batman Beyond costume before passing the torch on to Terry.
