While in Outworld, the demon known as Sareena encountered Sub-Zero. Since she had freed his brother from his confines of the Netherealm so many years ago, Sub-Zero offered her asylum within the Lin Kuei. His compassion may be honorable, but befriending a demon of Netherealm is not an action without risk... as Sub-Zero may soon discover

Mabye she kills sub zero or something, what do you think?

I think Sub isn't in the game to make room for the new characters. Sure scorp, quan chi, and tsung return... but I'm guessing because Tsung and Quan Chi are the boss character's. As for Scorpion... many fans seem to rank him as their number 1 fave. character, and he's also Ed Boon's favorite character.

Maybe Sub-Zero will appear in Sareena's ending.

And I don't think that Sareena kills Sub-Zero. Maybe her love of the older Sub-Zero stopped her to kill his brother.

Yes, scorpion is a great fave, but Sub-Zero is a favorite, too! So thaht can't be the reason they've let out Sub off the game.
Scorp and Sub are my absolute favorites. No arguing.

Who really knows,maybe his difficulty of play in MK:DA,kind of left him out?He's always been my favorite,but who knows.Does anyone have a favorite that isn't Scorpion or Sub-Zero?I mean even if you do,they have to be like one of your favorites,right?

Scorpion is the biggest favorites of all... and again... he's Ed Boon's favorite. He is also known as Mortal Kombat just about. The first teaser for MK5 was Scorpion... so maybe thats the reason why.
