I'm pretty sure Sektor will be a Cyrax pallete swap with his own special moves but the same 3 fighting styles from DA. I'd be happy with that.
I'm also gonna put my money on Cage and Hsu Hao because I'm sure its no coincidence that none of their styles have been used.

Hsu Hao was pretty unpopular so maybe his styles could go to the rumoured male Vampire? or another hidden character. Then again, there is a distinct lack of Red Dragon so far. There could be a possibility Mavado will be in with Hsu Haos old styles too since Mavado is heavilly rumoured.

Shujinko has Mantis, Kung Lao's fighting style. And if the SU's are what the topic creator said, i'm gonna be po'ed. Why would Boon be so cheap as to put back the same exact characters from MK:DA back into MK:D as SU's ? if he wanted to make SU's, he woulda brought back some other old characters or maybe new ones. But not MK:DA characters anymore.

I doubt Reptile will be back since he is Onaga now. It would just confuse people more. That'll suck cuz then you could pick Reptile and fight against Onaga (who techinically took over Reptile's body) and it gets stupid like that if you get what I mean. I think that they'll bring in new characters as super-unlockables, really GOOD new characters, and MAYBE, just MAYBE, Sheeva and Nitara will return. I hope they don't deal us shit like Hsu Hao or Mokap. Sektor doesn't seem like a bad idea, but it'd be stupid and unoriginal if they just give him what Cyrax has (minus that kicking move that Darrius stole). Kung Lao wouldn't be bad, but I don't remember what his ending was after MK:DA, so if he's dead, hopefully they won't bring him back. If he survived, I wouldn't mind. But like you said, they better not be cheap bastards and just give us all MK:DA characters when they could've given us MK:DA characters in the start and all the new characters like Ashrah, Darrius, Dairou, and Kobra, as super-unlockables.
