I kinda like the Electra idea, that sounds pretty cool. Honestly, I would like to see her come back as a human.

they should scrap the baraka teeth and have her come back looking like kitana, but with the mileena style look, it would be cool to see her on the good side

I don't think you could scrap her baraka like teeth! That is just Mileena.

However like Scorpion in MKDA, i think she will be masked, but with her alternate costume she will be unmasked with her razor teeth showing.

She should still have those razor sharp teeth and a purple outfit. That's what makes her who she is. But her alternate outfit could be maskless. I like seeing her teeth actually.
