on the far right the realm of chaos would be there and on the far left the realm of order would be there for the obvious reason that they are completly opposite.
on top would be were the elder gods reside and on bottom would likly be the nether realm for the exact reasons y the chaos realm and the order realm are on opposite sides
in the dead center would be earth realm seeing as it has a balance of good and evil, and order and chaos (maybe a little to one side but in the centre) out world would also be in the centre but more to the right and alittle more down seeing as outworld is like earthrealm but a little more random and evil since shao khan rules it.
edenia would be in the center but more to the left and a little more up ward since edenia has more peace and order than earth realm and outworld.

That's an interesting map you made there. However, I'm not sure if one can "map" multiple dimensions. The way I see it, every realm is an entirely different universe (Which raises the question of what outerspace is like in Outworld?) so you can't really group them anywhere. Of course, Marvel comics has our universe and then the Negative Zone which are seperated by some kind of gigantic surge of energy known as the Crunch which people can actually go to. More importantly, our universe is expanding and thusly consuming the Negative Zone.
But when I think about it, I don't think MK uses the same universe system as Marvel. Reason being that we already had a glimpse of what the "map" of realms is in Deception's Konquest when Shujinko found the Nexus of realms. Seeing as how the Elder Gods made it and there's no portal to the Heavens, my guess is that the Nexus is in the Heavens and that there's one portal to that place in every realm (Though that seems pretty stupid of the Elder Gods considering that they have an opening to their realm in the Netherrealm and Outworld.).
I myself think that every realm is a different plane of existence. You can't group these realms together because they inhabit the same "core universe." Basically, I'm saying that there's one universe that's pretty much just there and you can't see it. Every realm is more or less a different version of that vacant space. The more I think about it, my theory is kind of similar to the DC comics' guide to universes: that every realm inhabits the same place but vibrates a different speed, hence why they can exist at the same time and yet you only see your own.
