xbox wins
- better online support, and more features with less lag.
- Better graphics; bump mapping, slightly higher res textures, peculiar lighting, faster loading times
- better sound

That's probably right. However, I don't have an XBox so I'll stick to the PS2 version, heh.

The salesman at EB Games said that the playstation 2 version has two books that come inside the game and the X-Box only comes with one book. What is he talking about?? I have an X-Box and saw one book inside, but what comes with the playstation version? Anybody know?

Well even if I had an xbox and a ps2 I think I would still play the PS2 version. You dont get charged anything except your normal ISP fees, Xbox you have to use that Live Crap and get charged for it.

I've played both versions, and I agree. However, the difference is so nihil for comparison, that it's a rather silly article. What a joke.
This is how flame wars start, thanks IGN.

Yes, he was probably referring to the kollector/premium versions of the game.
The X-Box versions packaging is 1DVD case with a special outside sleeve of a game character with the main DVD held inside on the CD tray and the bonus disc is inside a little paper/cardboard sleeve inside the case and the kollector kard..
The PS2 versions packaging is 2 DVD cases inside 1 special holding box with Sub-Zero. The main game DVD case has the regular MK: Deception logo packaging held on the left side of the special box then on the ride side is the 2nd DVD case which has Sub-Zero on the outside sleeve which holds the bonus DVD and the serialized kollector kard.
On message boards and even the employee and some customers in the shop when I went to pick up the game have and were complaining about how much fancier the PS2 version is packaged and ticked wondering why they did a poor packaging job for the X-Box version.
