the gamepro mag said there will be 12 starting fighters and 12 uou have to unlock and then there are super unlockable characters,now my question is that is the picture of the puzzle select screen that has 12 fighters on it going to be the 12 you start off with?

they will change that puzzle screen and have black shadows till you unlock them. The first screens of the puzzle only had about 4 people, then 6 people, and now has about 12, so they gonna fix that. my question is how come tanya looks so different she has real hair now and is white with white eyes.

That's possible. But if you've been following the MK series, you know the final product always has changes here and there.
