YES YES YESSSS! Finally Midway has recognized the coolness that is Sareena and made her an official fighter in a Mortal Kombat tournament! I always hoped she'd returned, but never really expected it to happen. This just made my whole day.

This must have been asked 1,000,000 times, but why all the fuss over a GBA game? MK5.org would be better off covering MGS3 at E3 than this.

There is a typo in the article, lol.
It says Nitra instead Nitara.

Well, I really liked MKDA for GBA, it's such a great game, new fighters, new arenas and new modes of play, amazing, can't wait to see more screenshots and get more info.

Simple... this is a Mortal Kombat website. So... it gives us all the MK news.

This sounds like it's going to be great. I liked MK:DA for the GBA a lot and this sounds even better. I hope that they will add more to the actual fighting experience as well. Btw, since Sareena will be in MK:TE, (and possibly MK6), what do you think her role will be in the story? And wasn't she killed by Shinnok? I guess Quan Chi probably brought her back to life or something, but I bet there is more to her story then we would normally expect. (and I hope so)

Funny thing is, this is Cage's first time in a hand held game. Odd, huh? Especially since he was originally in MK4 (if you have the box, look at the back. Kai, Sonya, and Cage were in the game but were changed before the product shipped.), and taken out, and he was the only character not in the portable versions of MK1. 'bout time. And that is so damn awesome that Sareena's going to be in it--she was great in MKM: Sub-Zero! Anyways, the first one was awesome, so I'm immediately going to get the game when it comes out.

Actually your wrong just a tad. First off... if you really want to get Hand Held ish... Johnny Cage is in the MK1 Hand Held game. And 2nd... Johnny Cage is in the Game Gear version of MK1. He's not in the GameBoy version, but is in fact... in the Game Gear version (he replaces Kano).

Go to these mini sites for proof... they're from my website in my signature:
Cage in Game Gear and a Glitch Cage in Game Boy.

I somehow don't think Quan Chi will be bringing her back to life. Remember that she was the one to deliver the finishing blow to him in MKM, and sent him straight into a fiery inferno below? Yup, I'm guessing Quan Chi hasn't forgotten about that.
What I find interesting is that she's retained her human form despite Shinnok being defeated/destroyed. Since he's not in power in the Netherrealm anymore, I wouldn't think she'd still have her disguise, but hey, no complaints here. I'd rather she be a sexy woman than a disgusting demon.
No idea what her story is, but I might imagine it has something to do with going after Quan Chi and finishing the job she started back in Shinnok's fortress.

eh, I'm not impressed. I played the first one for awhile, but it lacks a good number of moves from the console versions, and the moves it does have are sometimes performed differently for the characters.

Graphics are good though, and the sound is great. Thing is, it seems like this is just a character swap mostly.
