Well this is good news and it's about time it happened!

THE VIDEO IS DIFFERENT ON THE SITE! GO VIEW IT!

Its clearer, it doesnt' fade out at the end (you see the fatal), and Baraka does something different.

THE TRAILER IS DIFFERENT!

1. It shows Baraka hitting Mileena with his blade and blood sprays out.

2. When the Dragon Coin comes up blood splatters on it.

3. IT SHOWS THE ENTIRE STAGE FATAL! IT IS BAD ASS!

Right CAMK...that's EXACTLY what killed MKDA. They gave away all the fatalities before the game was released, and basically all the information about it. Considering that its still only February and we have a WHILE to go before MKD is released (Probably at least 7-9 months), the fact that they're showing stuff like this already is bad...I don't want the whole damn game revealed to me before I buy it. I want to discover how to do the stage fatals myself, and more importantly...discover what they look like myself.

Hopefully Midway will learn from their mistakes in the past...I personally wouldn't mind of the MKD news went stagnant for the next 6 months, if only to serve to fuel the rumor mill and anticipation.

I'm sure the MK guys learned their lesson last time about giving everything away. But that's not to say a little taste to start the addiction isn't a bad thing. Just don't overdose.

What's the big deal about releasing info? If you don't want to know anymore than don't click on articles involving MK:Deception. I don't see the big deal.

By releasing info and screens and movies everyone at least has a choice to see if they want to read about it or not.

Wow I am so disapointed. I am wondering if Midway needs a designer or web developer. OK, the flash lightining video is not bad but it looks like the trailor was made in iMovie(yeah in case ya don't know: thats a bad thing!) and well the web site is not great, though it is much better than the crap MKDA web site.

I think that these trilers are for the fans of the series. For how much we've complained that they fucked up the past few versions. These trailers put to rest everyones fears that this game is probably going to be THE BEST MK game ever, or aleast since MK2. Everything, in the game, and the trailer have a darker fell to it, just like MK2 did over MK1.

Did anyone noticed MKII/MK3 feel to that fatality? If you remeber on Pit III in MK3, when fighter goes down the bridge he/she falls between those "grinders". Beacause technology was so litmited at the time they couldn't make character actually bend between "grinders" and it looked kind of unnatural. That's exactly what's going on in MKD stage fatality in trailer. When fighter gets into between "grinders" he moves with hands in some "glitchy" way. I don't know if it's intentional or not but it sure reminds me of MKII/MK3 games, that were hands down the best in series.

releasing the trailer made me want the game even more. sometimes its good, but most the game is actually playing it, and feeling it, and showing it to others who have not seen it.

it also builds hype, lots and lots of hype.
